CBD vacant site bought for $22 million
The Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation has sold a 2579-square-metre vacant site, in Argyle Street, opposite the bus-rail interchange and adjacent to Westfield, for $22 million to contractor and developer, St Helliers, which plans to develop an 18,500-square-metre, A-grade office building with an end value of $100 million.
The sale includes a hotel licence, gaming permits and entitlements and poker machines of a former hotel, which had been on the property. The licence and the permits will be sold
