API's sales recover

Sales of drug distributor and beauty products retailer, Australian Pharmaceutical Industries (API), based at Camellia, have risen by 18 per cent to $1.3 million in the first five months of fiscal 2008.MD, Stephen Roche, said further sales growth was a sign that the turnaround of the business was continuing. Former MD, Jeff Sher, resigned last year when API reported a net loss of $11.3 million.
