First day of Parramatta City Council's appeal

The NSW Court of Appeal will hear, today, Parramatta City Council’s appeal against the NSW Land and Environment Court’s decision rejecting council’s compulsory requisition of six properties in Darcy Street . Council wants the properties for its $1.4 billion Civic Place redevelopment. The hearing is expected to last two days.
