Council applications

An application by the T.N.T Issa Investment Group Pty Limited is on public exhibition at Parramatta City Council, until July 9, for alterations and additions to the Part Bar Restaurant, at the Charles Street RiverCat wharf, including excavation below the terrace, construction and operation of a relocated brewery. Elsewhere, council has approved at fitout, estimated at $100,000 for the basement level of the Sebel Parramatta for office use. The applicant was Mirvac Funds Limited.
