Condell Park. Good Impressions buys property

Pitt Street Securities has sold a 3478-square-metre building sold with vacant possession, at 4-8 Harley Crescent, in Condell Park, for $4 million, to commercial printer, Good Impressions Offset Printers, which has premises at 34 Harley Crescent.
