Marayong.Furniture firm in $150m project

Freedom Furniture, at Kings Park, and the APN Property Group have unveiled plans for The Capitol, a $150 million development, at South Yarra, in Melbourne. The project includes a six-storey office building, a 38-storey apartment tower and retail outlets. The land, which includes a Freedom Furniture outlet, is owned by the founders of the company, Pater Palan and Julian Tertine. APN’s Development Fund No 1 will fund the development.
