Bankstown. Shopping centre fails to sell

The Centro Properties Group has withdrawn its $300 million Centro Bankstown shopping centre from the market after it failed to attract a decent bid. The Centro MCS 28 syndicate owns 50 per cent of the centre with Centro Australia Wholesale Fund owning the remainder, according to The Australian Financial Review.
