Sydney Olympic Park. First sod turned
The first sod has been turned on Watpac Property’s new office and retail
development at Sydney Olympic Park. The development, expected to be completed in October 2009, would offer 6600 square metres of A-grade office space over five levels, basement car parking, and 665 square metres of retail space on the ground floor. The project would create approximately 150 full-time equivalent jobs. The development would accommodate approximately 400 workers.
