Council has received a development application Kalalski Pty Ltd, for the fitout of suite 13, at 103 George Street, in the CBD, as a men’s grooming spa including hairdressing, waxing and laser hair removal. Alif Australia Pty Ltd has lodged a DA to use the second floor of a commercial building, at 235 Church Street, in the CBD, for an adult educational premises for up to 100 students.
