Penrith. Property sold for $1.71 million
A warehouse, showroom and office located at 39-45 Henry Street, Penrith, has been sold to an undisclosed investor for $1.71 million. The property, consisting of a site area 3281 square metres and was formerly an automotive dealership with a 65-metre frontage, has development potential. It is zoned B(4) mixed use with a 24-metre height limit. The property is 500 metres east of Penrith station and Westfield Penrith. The property was sold Brian McInally from CB Richard Ellis and Dave Reardon from LJ Hooker Commercial, according to Australian Property News.
