Private property investor, Sanchez Group Australia, has offered $20,000 in travel vouchers and airfares for any agent who could fill a vacancy, with a three-year mimimum lease, in properties at St Mary’s and Villwood, in Western Sydney, and Newcastle. Jones Lang LaSalle’s national director, of industrial sales, said in The Australian Financial Review: “None of the big firms would take this (offer) , of course. It would be a breach of their code ethics”.
