Rouse Hill. Destination not outpost

The $470 million retail and community development, the Rouse Hill Town Centre, which opened last March, was not just creating jobs but is turning Rouse Hill into a destination instead of an outpost. “It’s making this the hub of the north-west,” said Con Koulendianos, principal, of Ray White Rouse Hill.
