Region. Two child-care centres sold

A private buyer has purchased a two child-care centre for a total of $3.03 million. One in North Parramatta sold for $2.07 million and the second, in Minchinbury went for $960.000. They were sold on a walk-in, walk-out basis, according to The Australian Financial Review. Jones Lang LaSalle handled the sales.
