Granville. Site sold for $3.5 million

Parramatta developer, Georges Brothers, has paid $3.5 million for a 4936-square-metre development site, at 195-199 William Street, Granville, which has a DA approved for 45 units over two apartment blocks. The Australian Financial Review reported Harry Bui, of CB Richard Ellis, said the developer planned to develop the site and resell the apartments within 18 months.
