Parramatta. Applications approved

Parramatta City Council has approved an application by Loulach Developments Pty Limited, for a 14 storey mixed use development containing three commercial tenancies and 55 apartments, over three levels of basement car parking, at 2-6 Pennant Hills Road, North Parramatta; the estimated cost of construction is $11 million. Council has approved an application by Meriton Apartments that all apartments in Block D from Level 4, at 180 George Street, be converted to serviced apartments.
