Region. Mentoring for manufacturers

An initial pilot conducted by NSW Government and Enterprise Connect will see 15 Western Sydney manufacturers mentored by a business specialist to improve their recruitment practices and develop better management skills are delivering mentoring support for SMEs to improve their management skills and recruitment practices to enable greater employee retention in Western Sydney. It will be launched in June. This is an initiative included in the NSW Government Response to the Western Sydney Jobs Summit, held in February.
