Parramatta. Restaurants may pay for closure

Should Parramatta City Council implement a trial ban on vehicles, in Church street between Phillp and Market streets, on Friday and Saturday nights by December, council will consider proposals to lease parts of the road closure area to restaurants as a means of funding the closures.
