Region. Limited A-grade industrial land
There is a limited supply of A-grade buildings over 10,000 square metres currently in Western Sydney, according to Colliers International Market Snapshot-Western Sydney, Winter 2010. This has not yet resulted in any “spec” development along the M4 corridor, despite the undersupply. This is mainly due to a general reluctance on any leasing funding risk. Existing building rentals have remained relatively stable and Colliers was experiencing increased levels of genuine leasing enquiry, the report said.
