ABC Enterprise Pty Limited has lodged a DA with Parramatta City Council to convert the ground floor and two level building, formally occupied by Jean Fox bridal wear, into a boutique hotel containing ground floor cafe / concierge and 20 rooms, at 21 Argyle Street, Parramatta.
