Parramatta Leagues Club has lodged a DA with Parramatta City Council for the internal demolition and refurbishment works to existing level 2 lounge to create an indoor and outdoor dining lounge with associated restaurant and bar facilities and amenity areas, at 15 O Connell Street, Parramatta. Estimated cost: $600,000.
