Liverpool. $142 million project underway

Minister for Transport, John Robertson, announced early works on the $142 million Liverpool Turnback Project will have commence later this year. He said the project will include a new section of track, a new train turnback, upgrades to Liverpool station and new signaling to improve services. The project due to be completed in 2014.
