ING Real Estate and Panthers Group plan to develop an $800 million project including office, retail, housing and hotel accommodation in Mulgoa and Jamison roads Westfield which has a shopping centre in the CBD. has objected to the project as being “inconsistant” with Penrith City Council’s strategic planning policies.
