Penrith is seen as a potential site for the Howards Storage World (HSW) franchise store. A franchise costs about $600,000 which covers the franchise fee, stock and a five-week training course. HSW’s Western Sydney outlets include Castle Hill, Rhodes and Rouse Hill. The company has plans enter the European market which has brands such as Ikea.
