Menswear chain Ed Harry, which has five outlets in Western Sydney, has been placed in voluntary administration, blaming the difficult retail environment. Ferrier Hodgson partners Martin Lewis and John Hart have been appointed voluntary administrators of the South Australia-based retailer Mr Lewis said the stores would continue to trade as usual while administrators assess the business's financial status and prepare for the first meeting of creditors on March 4. Unlisted parent company EDH Pty Ltd owns and runs about 130 Ed Harry menswear stores across Australia.
