Liverpool. Council buys property for $19.1m

Liverpool City Council had paid Delmege $19.1 million to buy the multi storey office building, at 33 Moore Street, Council moved into 33 Moore Street after its administration building burned down last August. It signed a two-year rental contract, but this will now be reviewed, depending on when council assumes ownership of the building.
