Region. Woolies centres sold

A joint venture comprising Charter Hall Retail REIT and Telstra Super has purchased a portfolio of eight shopping centres from Woolworths, including Carnes Hill Marketplace in Horningsea Park, Pemulwuy Shopping Centre, in Greystanes, West Ryde Marketplace in West Ryde and Windsor Marketplace, in Windsor, in Western Sydney. The total purchase price for outlets in NSW and Victoria was $266 million for reflecting an initial yield of 7.94 per cent.
