Penrith. Jobs plan presented to council

Penrith Business Alliance chairman, Peter Brennan, has outlined a jobs strategy in a 12-month business plan presented to Penrith City Council He said the alliance is talking to all levels of government about growing the CBD, particularly looking at bringing a government department in as an anchor. He said said the PBA executive, councillors and council staff visited Gosford to get ideas on rebranding and rejuvenating their city.

I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own blog and was wondering what all is needed to get set up? I'm assuming having a blog
like yours would cost a pretty penny? I'm not very internet savvy so I'm
not 100% positive. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks
