Parramatta. 21-storey building

Wallaroo Properties Pty Ltd has lodged an application with Parramatta City Council for alterations to a heritage listed building at 66-68 Phillip Street, in the CBD, and construction of a 21 storey residential development containing 49 apartments over four levels of basement carparking. The existing building, Barnaby’s restaurant, will be used as a restaurant/cafe. The estimated cost of work: $15.3 million. The Western Sydney Joint Regional Planning Panel will determine the proposal.
