Reflex Equip has leased 1840 square metres of industrial space, at 47 Frank Street, Wetherill Park, from Hultex Holdings for a 3-year term at an approximate rent of $95 [per square metre. An undisclosed private investor has purchased a 2534 square metre office/warehouse, at 6-7 Bushells Road, Wetherill Park from Altendorf for $3.75 million.
