Castle Hill. Centre sold for $180 million
The 52,000-square-metre Home Hub Hills homemaker centre, at Castle Hill, has been bought by the LaSalle Investment Management fund from Fenix Real Estate, for about $180 million. The centre dominates its catchment area and is said to be one of Australia’s best-performing bulky goods retail centres, according to The Australian Financial Review
