The $60 million 5 Murray Rose development, nearing completion as the first stage of GPT’s $200 million Murray Rose Business Park, has been awarded a 6 Star Green Star Rating — Office Design v2 certified rating. Developed to world’s leading practice, the building features a solar installation that will contribute to 25 per cent of the base-building peak load, making it the largest solar installation in an Australian commercial building of this scale.
