Parramatta. $28.7 million showroom

Paarramatta City Council has approved a DA lodged by the Manson Group for the demolition and construction of a four storey motor showroom over a basement service centre with a roof top carpark, at 40-70 Church Street, Parramatta. The estimated cost is $28.7 million.
