Parramatta. Conrols under review

Parramatta City Council said the city needs to continue to develop to become a “true city” with a vibrant centre of employment, entertainment and education. To this end, council is in the process of reviewing the city centre planning controls to encourage the type and extent of development that the city needs. This will include ensuring the future location of accessible jobs to the growing population of Western Sydney.
