Parramatta. Broader framework needed

A report prepared for Parramatta City Council says, Parramatta, as Sydney’s second CBD, needs a broader spatial framework for planning its future. “Greater Parramatta, including Parramatta CBD, and three complementary economic precinct – Westmead health complex, Camellia industrial area and Rydalmere education and industrial precincts – should be the focus of planning for the future,” the report said.
