Wentworthville. Sold for $27 million
Pacific Brands has sold its Bonds factory at Wentworthville for $27 million. It will generate a one-off sale profit of about $11 million for the company. The property is on the Holroyd City Council’s heritage list.as it contains working examples of 1920s factory construction.
