North Ryde. Stockland disposes of assets

Stockland, which has advanced plans to dispose of nearly $1 billion of commercial property assets, has called for submissions from agents to advise on options for the $400 million Optus Centre, in Macquarie Park, according to The Australian Financial Review. On the industrial side, Stockland is to bring an 11-strong portfolio to market but will keep its Yennora Distribution Centre, which it plans to lease.
