Parramatta. Approval to increase tower height

Becton Marsden has council approval to increase the height of its 16-storey mixed-use retail and commercial project, on the corners of Macquarie, Marsden and Hunter streets, in the Parramatta CBD, from 54 metres to 67.1 metres, an increase on 1.8 metres. The gross floor area increases by 4702 square metres, or 12.8 per cent.
