Parramatta. Landcom generates 6858 jobs

Landcom, based in Parramatta, generated 6858 jobs and $537.5 million in economic output from its development activities during the 2007/08 financial year. Landcom delivered land with the equivalent of 1382 dwellings, achieved total revenue of $350 million from its business activities and operations, and returned $50.3 million to the NSW Government in dividends and tax equivalent payments. Landcom’s MD, Sean O’Toole said Landcom continued to work hard to maximise its capacity to advance and deliver the urban management objectives of the NSW Government.
