Region. Industrial market picks up

After 12 to 18 months of inactivity, the industrial leasing market in Western Sydney is showing signs of renewed strength, according to The Sydney Morning Herald. More than 2 million square metres of potential supply is under development across Sydney, with more than half of the projects approved. Most potential new supply is in Western Sydney, with the outer west representing that largest portion of more than 900,000 square metres in about 105 projects, says LandMark White’s latest report.
