North West. Department auctions sites

The Department of Education and Training will auction surplus sites and Stanhope Gardens and Glenwood, on November 12. Both sites – Stanhope, 3.04 hectares and Glenwood, 3.25 hectares – allow for use of residential lots to medium density housing, subject to approval, and are cleared for development in growth areas.
