Parramatta. Fast foods site sold

The 4932-square-metre site of former Pizza Hut and KFC outlets, on Woodville Road, Guildford, has been sold with vacant possession, at auction, to a property syndicate for $2.52 million, on behalf of Yum! Restaurants Australia. The property is zoned 3(a), which permits mixed-use development. The syndicate plans to develop it next year.
