Expressions of interest have been called for a six-storey building, with 6610 square metres of office space NLA, in Sydney Olympic Park. The building, completed in January this year is fully leased. Tenants include Fujitsu, Watpac and the Sydney Olympic Park Authority. The building has 121 car spaces.
