Merrylands. Second stage of $400m project

Stockland has opened the second stage of its $400 million, 4-stage redevelopment of its Stockland Merrylands shopping centre, which includes a 750-seat food court. The third stage is expected to be completed by Easter 2011. “It will attract people to come to Merrylands, rather then Parramatta,” said Holroyd Mayor, John Perry.
