The Sydney Olympic Park Authority is seeking detail proposals to build, own and operate a 1400-square-metre licensed facility within the town centre, which has 120 organisations and some 10,000 workers. Some 686 apartments are currently under construction. SOPA expects project covering 1.4 million square metres providing nine combined commercial and residential neighbourhoods, in the coming years.
