Penrith. Delegation identifies opportunities

A business delegation led by the chairman of the Penrith Business Alliance (PBA), Paul Brennan, to China and Korea, identified opportunities that will be explored. They include: Opportunities for collaboration in research in the delivery of more cost effective health services including e-health, both with China and Korea; a possible visit by a number of senior business people from Kunshan, China, to explore investment opportunities in Penrith; partnership with the chamber of commerce in Gangseo, in Seoul, to promote mutual trade opportunities and business-to-business relationships; the prospects for green industries, delivered through local government, in Korea; and promotion of Penrith’s tourism, industry and educational facilities, etc. as part of an international links expo that is currently being planned by the Kunshan government for 2011.
