Potts Hill. $31.6 million project for 450 homes

The NSW government has approved a $31.6 million residential subdivision at Potts Hill that will increase housing supply and affordability in Sydney’s west. The Landcom project will deliver 450 homes on part of the 23-hectare site. The Potts Hill reservoirs site has been used by Sydney Water for more than 100 years and plays a role in supplying water to Sydney. Sydney Water no longer requires portions of the site for operational purposes.
