Wentworthville. Mall sold for $18.3 million
Property development and investment, project management company, Metroland Australia, has sold its recently refurbished neighbourhood shopping centre, Wentworthville Mall, to a local investor for $18.3 million. The centre, which has a total GLA of 5467 square metres features a Franklins supermarket, 30 specialty retailers and commercial offices, has an annual income of $1.73 million annually fully leased. A DA has been approved for 67 residential units and an additional 500 square metres of retail floor space.
