Parramatta. Merition Apartments' applicatioon

NSW Planning and Infrastructure has on public exhibition an application for a mixed-use residential, retail and commercial development, on the former David Jones site, at 330 Church Street, in the Parramatta CBD. Meriton Apartments seeks to construct a 43,787-square-metre complex including a 3-storey podium with eight retail tenancies, a 1928-square-metre supermarket, a 22-storey tower containing 170 serviced apartments and a 32-storey tower containing 211 residential apartments.
