Parramatta. Roof top dining

Parramatta-based Dyldam Developments Pty Ltd has lodged a DA with Parramatta City Council for alterations and additions to a heritage listed building, on the north-east corner of Church and Phillips streets, in the Parramatta CBD, including fitout and use of the first floor as a restaurant, creation of a roof top terrace including access stair and vergola, and works to the ground floor to facilitate access to the first floor.
