Sydney Olympic Park is the city’s best-performing metropolitan (non-CBD) market for office space with 0.7 per cent vacancy rate, according to Colliers International. A six storey commercial of 5800 square metres is under construction. Other commercial developments include a 24,000-square-metre building is due for completion in early 2012. Sydney Olympic Park contains 101,261 square metres of office space compared with 685,371 square metres in Parramatta.
